Ron completed his earthly journey on Thursday, September 28, at 6:30 a.m. He was at peace and ready for his transition. His family and hospice workers were with him. The funeral service was held Saturday, September 30, at 1:00 p.m.

There was no damage to the previous bladder surgery site from the fall on September 5; however, there was damage to the knees, left wrist and upper body. Also as a result, there are severe headaches across the brow. She had cortisone injections in both shoulders at the base of the neck and in October will have to begin physical therapy. For now she is advised to use a cane.

Lorraine has a lump the size of a golf ball where the inside of her right leg and her pelvis meet which has just been identified as malignant. Lorraine's surgery went very smoothly and well, and the surgeon thinks that he removed all of the cancerous tissue. She healed so quickly, even with a drain in the site, that she was released Friday morning, earlier than anticipated, and allowed to work again. Thank you all for the Radiant Support network!!"

For Nancy A. in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, who has a 4.5 centimeter spot on her pancreas and is going to the Johns Hopkins Medical Center for diagnosis on May 18th.... [May 21] Nancy has pancreatic cancer which is operable. Surgery will be performed on or near June 6th to remove the head of the pancreas, the gallbladder, a section of the small intestines and the hepatic duct. Her digestive system will then be rebuilt. .... [June 1] Only the tumor and the part of the pancreas it was on had to be removed!... [June 5] Nancy will be having both chemotherapy and radiation. ... [June 8] She is leaving Johns Hopkins today to stay with her daughter in Maryland to rest up before she begins the full treatment. There was also cancer in the lymph nodes in the collar bone area. ... [June 17] Nancy also had over 30 cancerous lymph nodes removed from all over her body. Her husband, Horace, is trying to arrange for her to have the chemotherapy and radiation in Oklahoma City so she can in her own house. Please direct energy to Nancy and to Horace as he arranges for his wife to return home. ... [June 29] Nancy is feeling much better. She will see her oncologist soon. ... [July 2] Nancy will return to Hopkins on July 6 for a full day of tests. The doctors will decide if she can return to her home in Oklahoma City to have the treatment. Her daughter will go with her to get all of the details. ... [July 8] Forty percent of her pancreas was removed, and only two of the 30 lymph nodes were cancerous. In three weeks she will begin chemotherapy and radiology. Next Thursday doctors will evaluate her tests. Deep Gratitude for your support. ...[August 4] Nancy has returned home to do chemotherapy for the pancreatic cancer. She will wear the chemo pack on her at all times for a month. She is having difficulty putting it on her waist, as she still hurts from the lengthy incision. After the month, she will rest for two weeks and then return to Johns Hopkins hospital for a combination chemo and radiation. This pattern will continue for six months....

Nancy is in the last part of her constant chemo. It is pumped into her body with a little machine that she carries around. She looks Radiant and says that the TRT^® has supported her healing faster than expected. Her doctors at Hopkins and in Oklahoma City have both remarked on the speed of her healing. She will have 2 weeks of rest and then will be in Baltimore at Hopkins for a combination of chemotherapy and radiology.

The Radiant support gave her more power every day and finally helped activating powers that she did not know she had. Because of the mother's physical diseases, the baby, named Kyra, had to be delivered early by Caesarean section in its seventh month. The baby is in an incubator now and will be for three more weeks. But mother and baby are really doing fine and made it quite well through all the struggles and demands. Pia is thanking everybody supporting her from her heart. The Radiant support has been such a relief to her.

David has been having chest pressure for the past two days. Unfortunately, his cardiologist is out of town. His oral surgeon checked with the cardiologist before the tooth was removed, as there is a chance that the stent in his heart artery could become infected. David took antibiotics before the oral surgery and is still taking them. Energy is needed for David not to wait too long to find out what is going on.

Her left side is weak and she is unable to walk. Support for placement in a good rehabilitation hospital that Medicaid will cover and support for her nieces Marcia and Marilyn. ... [June 17] She is refusing to go to rehabilitation and is relying on her niece, Marcia, for her care. Marcia is not able to provide the constant attention asked by her aunt. Support for both of them in the healing process. ... [June 22] Delfa still has septacemia, yet is doing better with a walker. She still has difficulty sleeping and is very restless. ... [July 2] Delfa is able to walk through her house with a walker. Her physical therapist thinks she will be able to get along with a cane. Her voice is weak and her speech is clearer. She still has short-term memory. ... [July 5] Delfa will be released from the occupational therapist. The physical therapist is training her to use a cane instead of the walker. She is moving very quickly through her healing and her words are not as slurred as they were. ... [July 24] Delfa is experiencing rapid mood changes since her stroke. The stroke was in the right basal ganglia, at the base of the right side of the brain, which is an emotional center. ... [August 1] She has improved so much. She can smile and both sides of her mouth smile! She is walking with a cane and she is able to cook for herself. She still has mood swings which come from the area of the stroke, the right basal ganglia.

[July 2] Marcia's eyes were bloodshot and irritated on the second day after the procedure. On the third day she suffered pain in the right eye along the meridian from the bad part of her neck. ... [July 5] Marcia is getting used to the "plugs" in her tear ducts. She has very little pain and irritation now.

While Marcia's eyes are very sensitive to light, they are beinning to collect their own tears. She only needs to use drops twice a day.

For Nancy A. in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, who has a 4.5 centimeter spot on her pancreas and is going to the Johns Hopkins Medical Center for diagnosis on May 18th.... [May 21] Nancy has pancreatic cancer which is operable. Surgery will be performed on or near June 6th to remove the head of the pancreas, the gallbladder, a section of the small intestines and the hepatic duct. Her digestive system will then be rebuilt. .... [June 1] Only the tumor and the part of the pancreas it was on had to be removed!... [June 5] Nancy will be having both chemotherapy and radiation. ... [June 8] She is leaving Johns Hopkins today to stay with her daughter in Maryland to rest up before she begins the full treatment. There was also cancer in the lymph nodes in the collar bone area. ... [June 17] Nancy also had over 30 cancerous lymph nodes removed from all over her body. Her husband, Horace, is trying to arrange for her to have the chemotherapy and radiation in Oklahoma City so she can in her own house. Please direct energy to Nancy and to Horace as he arranges for his wife to return home. ... [June 29] Nancy is feeling much better. She will see her oncologist soon. ... [July 2] Nancy will return to Hopkins on July 6 for a full day of tests. The doctors will decide if she can return to her home in Oklahoma City to have the treatment. Her daughter will go with her to get all of the details.

Forty percent of her pancreas was removed, and only two of the 30 lymph nodes were cancerous. In three weeks she will begin chemotherapy and radiology. Next Thursday doctors will evaluate her tests. Deep Gratitude for your support.
